STD's Not for Me - IVC

Ages 14-19 Grade 8-12 45 mins

Youth learn about new responsibilities that come with adolescence and are taught the consequences of sexual activity. Participants will learn specific symptoms of sexually transmitted infections and draw conclusions about how infections might manifest through case studies. All sexuality programs are taught from an abstinence until marriage basis.

All McMillen Center sexuality programs will be taught from an abstinence until marriage basis because abstinence is the only 100% sure way to prevent pregnancy and transmission of sexually transmitted diseases.

This program requires video conferencing equipment.
