Balance Your Body

Youth will learn to maintain a healthy balance between fitness and diet in this high-energy program. Hands-on activities, including Nutrient Café and a game show, demonstrate fat content of many foods that adolescents favor. A segment on exercise and fitness reinforces understanding that a combination of healthy food choices using the Food Guide Pyramid and physical activity is important to achieve total body fitness.
