Laura Ramsey, Director of Finance & Operations

Laura Ramsey joined the staff of the McMillen Center in the fall of 2003. A graduate of the University of Saint Francis she has a background in Internal Audit. Laura oversees the day to day operations of the Center and provides accurate financial reports to management and our funders.

 

Laura is married with four children ages 16 through 23. She is a strong supporter of public education and is a member of the Fort Wayne Area Council PTA. For 25 years, she has been an advocate for a woman with developmental disabilities.

 

The best part of Laura’s day is watching the excitement on the faces of the students as they get off the bus to attend a program at McMillen. She loves working for a nonprofit organization in which she fully supports its mission to provide preventive health education.
