Jill Conklin joined the McMillen Center Staff in the Summer of 2007.  Jill graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies with a minor in Communications from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.

Before coming to the McMillen Center, Jill worked for the YMCA for 6 years as a lifeguard, swim instructor, camp counselor, camp director, member services, childcare and child watch.  She loves to learn about different cultures and was a past People to People Ambassador (Australia and New Zealand), Rotary Youth Exchange Student (Germany) and Au Pair (Denmark).

Jill is very excited to be apart of the McMillen Center’s team.  She believes strongly in the mission and vision, the importance of proactive health choices and supporting community awareness through education.
